X finity overcharges me without my authorization

I bought wifi for my home last month and we agreed to pay 80 dollars a month for it, but this month my account was debited for 195 dollars, I did not receive any service other than wifi and they charged me an extra 115 dollars. Also last week a package from Xfinity arrived at my house with a remote control and a box for the TV, I think that's why they charged me extra, but this package was sent without my permission. Also, I never used the box and I don't want to pay for a program I don't use. This is really a scam. I just moved to the US and started using Xfiniti through friends but I didn't think such a big company would scam me and if they don't fix this mistake I will cancel both my phones and the wifi at home. If you see this message please send me an email to fix this mistake. My e-mail address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

@user_ltx6q7 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. This is never the experience we want for our valued customers and I'm happy to take a look to see how we can help turn it around for you! We don't communicate via email, in order for us to begin assisting you we'd need you to please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
