Wrongfully sent to collections

I have just received notice of derogatory marks from credit bureau on behalf of Comcast. I cancelled my service in May and never received any other bills. Final bill was on autopay and paid. Would like help explaining why this happened and for it to be fixed.

user_fbh4yc Since this was your first public post, you will most likely need to log out and log back in. The direct message feature is not activated until you had made that first public post, which I suspect is the reason it is not showing up just yet.
