Wrongfully dept collection from xfinity

Hello,

I need to know why I was just notified of debt collectors coming after me over $88?I was never notified of a remaining bill never got a call or email. I no longer live at [Edited: Person Information]

my credit score has been negatively impacted and I will not allow this to go unsolved.

I have already payed the balance just in case. I want 100% removal of my name from any debt collection agency. I need a formal apology  I will not stand for this it’s unreal. The craziest part is I was notified by I C SYSTEM not even Xfinity.

The final bill after disconnecting services is always mailed out, if there wasn't an updated bill to address provided when services were disconnected or a change of address not put in, you may not have received the final bill. For us to investigate this further please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it

The concern is not "Community Center / Guidelines" help related............. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
