WRONGFULLY BILLED
I canceled my services with xfiniity in May of 2025. Confirmed with the agent at date of cancellation the balance would be $0.00. Now in August I am wrongfully receiving a bill for $120. There is no description of WHAT the bill is for (my xfinity bill before was $79.99). I did not rent any equipment for xfinity whatsoever. Why am I being billed?>
