Wrongful Charges on my account
I had a business address. I wanted Xfinity home internet, and have a business address for billing, and told the Xfinity store on Miller Rd in Flint Michigan that it was a business address. They said it was fine, gave me the system, and sent me on my way.
The device could not be set up properly, and I had a technician come out. He was extremely late. He didn't try to fix it. He said "you're not supposed to have this," took it, and left me with a business card. The lady on the business card didn't call me back for long time. Then, upon finally receiving a call back, I was tried to upgrade to a service that costed almost 3x as much as the service I wanted. I then promptly cancelled my service online, and went with Verizon. Now I have a false charge of over $250 on my account, which is higher than the last time I got a call, which I believe was about a month ago, if not longer.
I need these charges for a service I didn't have for more than 48 hours to be removed from my account.

Greetings @user_337056! That situation sounds incredibly complicated, and it is clear why this has caused so much confusion. Residential and business accounts run on entirely different systems, which explains why the equipment failed to activate at your address. Let's get this sorted out. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.
To send a Direct Message:
Ensure you are logged in
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
You can see how to send a direct message here, Direct Message Within The Forum.
