Wrong Charges
Hello,
I was charged the usual monthly $25.13 fee for this month but was also charged an extra $40 fee. When I check the details it says: “TV: Late Charge: $10.00 and TV: Echeck/eft Return Fee: $30.00.” This is a mistake as the full $25.13 monthly fee was able to be charged so there should be no late fees or any other charges made. Also, this is the first time I’ve been charged this. If this is not resolved in a prompt manner I will have to take necessary action.
