Wrong Bill after being told TWICE nothing due. Notes on Account. “Disregard message”

I canceled my Xfinity account in August 2023 and had a $ -13.86 balance but got a message to return equipment. I called Xfinity and talked to 2 different agents 2 different times telling them that I had returned all the equipment I had at the Xfinity store. This has been done TWICE. I was then told TWICE that I should just disregard the message and they have put notes on the account that nothing is due after checking numerous things as they put me on hold after a few minutes to check on something. But now instead of a refund I get a bill for $120. THE WAIT TIMES TO CALL AGAIN AND AGAIN AND GET THE SAME MESSAGE “Disregard the message” is no good as I got a bill in my hand after being told TWICE that NOTHING IS DUE. This has ESCALATED TO THE POINT OF HARASSMENT. I can’t take a day off to discuss this issue again. Please have a SUPERVISOR OR A MANAGER LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND GIVE A CALL BACK. 
P.S Please check as I am getting 2 different answers from 2 different departments BUT SAME COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE says noting due BILLING SAYS PAY UP. PLEASE FIGURE IT OUT AND HAVE DIGGERENT DEPARTMENTS ACCESS TO THE SAME SYSTEMS BECAUSE SUPPOSEDLY THEY ARE LOOKING AT DIFFERENT THINGS.

What is the date on your billing statement?  Is it right around the time you canceled your account?  If so, the bill was generated before your cancellation.
