Wow. Exactly like me!!!

They lied to me saying I had somehow signed a long contract and would have to pay for the months remaining in order to be released  i had just switched to Frontier and for months I verified with xfinity I had no contract and all was ok to drop it and switch. Lies after more lies. I threatened a class action lawsuit and showed how I had names and dates of all these conversation amd then they quickly dropped me waiving all my cancel fees from leaving this supposed "contract"   inpw3 them nothing now but of course I bet money this isn't over and a new bill will come out saying inowe hundreds of dollar i bet.   Frontier is fiberoptic and is running twice as fast I checked and only cost 50 after 3 months free and a $100 gift car while xfinity was a constant mess and they lied massivelybonnthe actual speed. They charged me $130 a month.  They were only company I could get at my house at the time. I was napping 3 times as much as Frontier for non fiberoptic and slower speed they lied about. Xfinity much go away

@user_uypp36 I'm sorry to hear of the frustration this has caused you. As a friendly reminder our Xfinity App is free and is the best place to conform if you're on any contracts. Your Xfinity bill also shows the term of your contract, the discount amount and the end date for your promotion.  I have a link that walks you though your billing statement line by line https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/new-bill-design

I am happy to look at your account and confirm if you're on a contract and the details for your account. Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist?
