Worst Service

I'm getting billed even though there's an outage from a storm, I've tried various times to speak to an operator not this so called AI that's useless as can be. Going to cancel service once this is over

user_tz0idc Appreciate the heads-up! It is normally an easy process to get that credit in motion for a situation like a storm. Did you put in that request through the Status Center, and it was denied? The process is normally where you just put in the request, it would confirm the downtime, and then apply the credit for the window of the service issues.

  • Alternatively, if you go to the Status Center, scroll down to find "Experienced a recent interruption? You may be eligible for a credit," and click Check eligibility.
  • Enter the start and end dates of your service interruption and answer the prompts.

There is still a service interruption because of the outage so that will not work.

user_tz0idc Gotcha! That makes sense. Credits are not applied while the interruption is still in progress. Credits are always applied after to ensure the full length of the downtime is covered.
