Worst service

They took out twice for a bill that I was already paid and then tried to gas light me and tell me that it’s for a bill that was due on the 7th it is the 22nd and it was more then what my current bill was for. Right before the holidays and then they keep closing my ticket for a refund request.

it takes forever for someone to get back to you and when they do it’s a oh well attitude. If I didn’t need them for work I would definitely go with another company nothing but issues with them. So aggravating it’s like pulling teeth to get anything done in a timely manner
