Worst customer service I have ever experienced

I cancelled my internet service and was charged another payment after cancellation. I had to contact them multiple times about getting a refund, and every time I spoke with them I got transferred multiple times and sometimes they just ended the chat with no solution for me. Finally I had spoken with someone who told me I would be receiving my refund, and after 3 weeks I finally got my money back. Then a week later I was charged again for internet service after having my account closed for over a month. When I called they have an automated voice that ask way to many times to send me to the internet chat, after saying no at least 20 times I was connected to an agent. They told me I was getting charged because of the refund I was promised. After telling them that I due that refund they kept putting me on hold then transferred me without telling me. To make it worse, the line I was transferred to just rang for about 10 minutes with no answer. So I am still without my refund and cannot find someone who knows what they are doing to help me with my refund. Never recommending this service. Got with AT&T fiber, faster service for cheaper and better customer service.

Press Enter to send it.

I have tried to reach someone for technical support. They connected me to the virtual assistant the an online live person. We typed back and forth and finally was told I need to talk to an agent that they could not help. I have called your stupid virtual assistant several times and it keeps telling me to use the virtual assistant and then hangs up. I have lived several places with different cable companies and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I am in a community that I have to use Xfinity or I would find a different provider.
