Worst customer service experience

I spent 52 minutes on a phone call with support. I had the associate raise their voice at me, a supervisor blow me off after waiting 20 minutes to get ahold of them, and not to even get my issue respolved properly. I was told my billing issue was a technical issue on Xfinities end and I was promised $25 back into my bank account. Now I am getting a text about my ticket[Edited: "Personal Information"] was closed and that they could not offer me a refund but a credit which is how I eneded up in this place to begin with. I am furious and I want to make sure people see this. The phone calls are recorded so you have the associates and supervisor assuring mr that I will get the money back in my bank account. This is absolutley unprofessional and has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Hello @Case706, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry you were put through this experience. Spending nearly an hour on the phone, feeling disrespected during the conversation, waiting to speak with a supervisor, and still not receiving a proper resolution would be incredibly upsetting. This is not the experience we want for any of our customers. I can also understand the frustration regarding the refund. While we are unable to issue a refund directly to a customer's bank account as an initial adjustment, the typical process is for any approved adjustment to first be applied as a credit to the account. If a credit balance remains on the account, a refund may then be processed based on the account status and eligibility. We'd be happy to take a closer look at the account, review the outcome of the ticket, and examine any notes that were added regarding the resolution that was promised. For your privacy and security, if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
