Worst customer service every on billing!!!!! [Edited]

I tried to talk to someone in Finance / Billing - 1st off the BOTT That answers the phone is a ROBOT that has zero intelligence and only works in circles.  She kept repeating is this about the power outage if yes here’s a number to text to find out when it’s over then would hang up on me.  EVEN after I told her NO I want Billing - I pushed number 2 on the keyboard same drill.  I did that 14 times with her then said she needs to be fired!  I went on line - the BILLING date I changed several months ago to match my 15th pay check ALWAYS COMES BACK TO the 6TH.  I had 2 different Tech Support reps help me.  I even removed the AUTO PAY so I can pay it when I said I would.  They continue to charge me $4.75 every month for a LATE FEE when it’s there [Edited: "Inflammatory"] system NOT WORKING! 2nd thing - THEY CHARGE YOU FOR MOVIES YOU PURCHASED!!!  INSANE!  Not rented, but the MOVIES YOU PURCHASED!!!  I requested that to be credited and they say we are doing it now and you even get an email stating it was done - but nothing shows up - and it’s not changed in your billing profile either. 

I feel this whole Finance System and Phone service should be chucked and they need to hire a PERSON to answer the phones and direct the calls to the correct HUMAN on the account, because the BOTT / AI System they purchased is CLUELESS and has ZERO Customer Service Skills or information on how to transfer a call - by the simple word of “Billing” or Finance or Customer Service or Tech Support.  SHE HAS ZERO- ZERO ZERO knowledge base to transfer your call. I’m just happy that I DID NOT Buy a PHONE FROM THEM.  They over charge all the time.  Watch your bill - question the Service fees - Legally they must state what that is for.
