Worst customer service EVER!!!

Waiting 4-6 weeks for a refund approval is absolutely ridiculous. You all took out more money than you were owed, have your equipment back and all, I have zero service through you all & I have to wait for an approval from a place I don’t have an account with any longer and haven’t for months now?!?! You all are an awful company. Worst costumer service I have ever dealt with in my life.
