Worst customer service ever, never applies my acp benefits. In fact, each call gets my bill higher, everytime!

I have called xfinity customer ten times to see why my acp benefit has not applied but xfinity customer service always manipulate by over talking about their fake promotions, which actually increases your bill. No one knows how to help but get an attitude, talks loud and rudly if you don't do what they say when they upsale you. Absolutely horrible customer service.
