Worst chat, and phone service ever. The service is horrible also.
I have attempted several times to cancel my internet online, and over phone in the last month. Both are very impossible to get any where on. They go round and round asking thecsame questions over and over. Xfinity is not billion dollar company because they provide excellent service, its because the hold customers against their will. I have been reduced to emptying my bank account because the refuse to turn my autopay off. Im filing papers with the bank today, as soon as they open to blick Xfinity from my acct. I had mobile and internet. Xfinity owes me over $300 dollars in refunds that they did not live up too, and I have spent hours online chat, and over phone trying to resolve. They also owe me refunds on my mobile service. I will not be paying another dime, nor will I ever receive serive fom this company ever again for any reason.

Hello @user_rw4dsr you've come to the right place to get assistance with cancelling service. I can also address any issues you've been having with your internet and mobile. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
