Worse customer service and lie to

I started with Xfinity and everything was good till they started changing my bill up and up.. so I called them and they told me they could switch me to prepaid which would be a set rate and I said ok signed the paperwork and than a month into me having it I paid my bill and than a week later they turned my internet off and with out any explanation. Than with all this they told me they can’t do anything till I talk to one department I get switched to that one and nope can’t help me and they keep bouncing me around…. The agents will lie to you in a heart beat just so they can add things to your account and get a commission off of it… low down fake a.. people

I wanted my prepaid but was told the lady who signed me up didn’t put me on prepaid
