Work around on Bill Credits for weather and "Service outages"
Honestly seems simple, but Xfinity likes to make it hard. The concept is this, that if you have internet that you are PAYING FOR that is NOT PROVIDED. You should get a credit. It is a service that was NOT GIVEN. I don't get paid to NOT go to work, even if I was there majority of the month. I miss a day? I miss some pay. Same concept applies everywhere and here included. If I order a combo meal that has a burger, fries, and a drink, AND ITS MISSING THE DRINK ITS NOT A COMBO ANYMORE. This means I get my money back or the product or in rare cases a different item of equal value. These are some examples, mainly for Xfinity to see. This is the same way court cases are argued. Which they are probably gonna end up in if they continue to try to charge people for services they are not actually doing. ONE last friendly reminder for the USERs more then the staff. Check your states and federal laws on paybacks from services like internet providers. Often times your state will have protections and will cancel out any "policy" that Xfinity is trying to get you to believe you have to adhere to. What really blows my mind is how much they will fight you for a bill credit. If my hypothetical bill is 130. They fail to provide internet for a day or longer? The payback is just under 5 dollars per day. Assuming there is 30 days in that given month. Customer service is not much help with the issue either and will actively fight you as if it is there own bank account. AS for the "question" why don't you grab some lawyers, CXO's and CEO's and revisit this ridicules bill credit issue.
