Won't let me cancel my plan through anything at all

I've gone to the app and requested for my Wi-Fi plan to be cancelled and I have called the number they provided more than 3 times now, and no one picked up. I got sent to an automated voice message every time. They're now asking me to pay 110 dollars when the box wasn't even operating properly and I have no other way to contact them and tell them I'm not using the plan anymore
