Wont accept payments less than 9.00 and service disconnected for balance less than 9.00

System will not accept payment for less than 9.00 and disconnected service for balance less than 9.00

The balance is 7.43 and no matter which card I use it says that I must pay at least 9.00 and then when I pay 9.00 it says am paying more than owed so it wont accept the payment

As a quick reminder, Xfinity offers several convenient payment options:

Using your Xfinity Voice Remote: Simply say “Pay my bill” to open your account and pay directly on Xfinity X1.
By phone: Call 1‑800‑XFINITY and follow the automated prompts to pay with an American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa credit/debit card, or via ACH transfer from a valid U.S. checking or savings account.
By mail: Send a check drawn on a valid U.S. bank account or a cashier’s check issued by a U.S. bank. Please use the payment insert included with your bill, and never mail cash.
In person: Visit an Xfinity Retail Store and use one of our Self‑Service Kiosks. These accept the payment methods listed above, as well as cash and traveler’s checks. You can find your nearest store and hours through the Xfinity Retail Store locator.
Western Union: Pay by money order at a Western Union Quick Collect location.

These are the only payment methods we’re able to accept at this time.

Those options will not work as am in a foreign country. I can only pay online but online does not accept less than 9.00 as a payment
