Windows 10 Comcast Payment Issue

Until last month was able to pay Comcast monthly bill on my desktop Windows 10. When I login in and click pay bill the screen goes all light blue. I have restarted, cleared history, cache and cookies. Still cannot access pay site. Same result with Edge or Chrome browser. I have not changed anything on my computer. If I use incognito mode I pay the Comcast bill. I have no issues with any other site I pay bills. What has changed since last month? Fix suggestions?  Thanks. dan

How are you accessing your account? Are you using the My Account app? If so, that is getting retired. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-app-retirement

@XfinityDaryl Thanks for reply. I am not talking about using the mobile app. I have the newest Xfinity app on my iPhone 12. I am able to pay using the mobile Xfinity app. I am talking about using Xfinity.com on my desktop computer. I have windows 10. I have paid using that method each month for years. When I click pay now after logging in, the desktop goes blank. If I switch the desktop browser, either Edge or Chrome, to incognito mode, login and click the pay now box, it works as it should. Something is not allowing the pay now feature to work. I have cleared, history and cache/cookies. It was working fine until beginning of month when tried to pay the bill. I have know issues paying phone, mortgage, water, utility bill on those various sites…just Xfinity. Thanks for any suggestions. dan
