Will not pull up payment screen when you are ready to pay bill?

My bill is overdue since I have not been able to make a payment on the app or online due to the screen that follows after you press make a payment button shows error every time?

I wanted to do a payment plan.

If you are having issues making a payment and run into an error, we would need to help make sure that is resolved. Could you provide more details on what happens when you attempt to make your payment?

When I hit the make a payment button under amount due the next screen that comes up on both app and website say ERROR and to go back to the account page.

I have cleared my browsing history, cache, ect.

Then clicked on cookies on xfinity's website to accept all.

user_mnru4b That is odd; normally you would get a little more than just error. When you are attempting to make your payment, are you connected to you home network when you receive the error? 

Are you running into any other issues accessing details in your account online or in the app or is it just your payment options impacted?

Yes I am signed in and connected to wifi.

Only making a payment screen is my problem.

I tried chatting for the payment plan, found a solution, and hit add payment from the chat screen which then brought me to the payment screen again and it said the same.

My payment page then after I hit ,make a payment.

Then when I chat to setup payment arrangement this is what each step looks like, then the last with me adding payment goes to the same screen.
