WiFi extention error

I spoke with an agent may 29th around 410pm and was told they would extend bill till August 12th … apparently the rep entered the date as June 29th in error according to a rep at a physical location informed me of today I need this fixed cause now it’s showing 619 worth bill due to all fees

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
