Wifi billing status
Hi,
My name is [Edited: Personal Information] and I have been using Xfinity wifi for a few months now. In the beginning of December, I called the customer center and told the agent that I will be leaving SF on Dec 6th so I would like to PAUSE my wifi with the seasonal convenience plan, which I did. And I specifically told her if I can pause before it charges for December so I thought my account was already (paused) stopped. But I just got the notification that it's saying it has been charged $40 again.
I spoke to the agent and told her to pause the account in the beginning of this month (I told her I want my account to be paused way before the 22d of December). I don't get why it's charged at this point.
I would want a refund for this month payment.

Hey there @user_2vfq06! Thanks for reaching out! I'd like to help, but there's a bit of clarification that I will need on your part. Some of this will be super basic and won't require access to your specific account details. If at any time we do need to access your account details, we'll let you know and then we're work in a private environment to do so. Right now, can you tell me if the Xfinity WiFi that you have been using for these past months was from our NOW WiFi pass, Xfinity prepaid internet, or traditional Xfinity internet services at your home?
Also, have you gone here to manage and/or enroll into a seasonal hold?
