Oh I did and i got told it is because of the amount I'm getting yet it was given to me. Then only way it can be fixed is if I do a promotional offer. However the amount was given for "free" due to be a loyal customer. I have the email, and would love to forwarded back. Although I know at this point I'll be ran around in circles on how it's on me to pay. I'm good. I'll just be looking into other companies at this point. How do you punish a customer with something you rewared?? It's a scam and it's that simple.
