Why when you change your payment arrangement they cut you off the next day?
They cut you off after you try to modify your arrangement which is not far past due. They also blame it on the system but why have customer service or managers if they can’t help you? They always oh our supervisors have the same system. Just tel us the system is your manager because you can’t do anything to override a computer. Customer service is lazy and xfinity should be ashamed of yourself. Y’all want our money but don’t even want to talk to us. Allot of us can’t access online so when you shut us off we wanna speak with someone which your system does allow it at all.

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Press Enter to send it.
