Why the 8% Increase for Basic TV & Internet for a Senior Citizen?

Xfinity is now up to $74.95/month for Basic TV & Economy Internet which is an 8% increase for seniors on a fixed income.  Xfinity doesn't give us any more channels to watch on TV? In fact, I can receive 48 channels from an Over The Air Antenna with a much sharper picture that is HD quality, and not fuzzy like cable is because the signal is transmitted through cable DTA box which is very poor!.  I'm seriously thinking of getting rid of Xfinity TV and simply using an Overt the Air Antenna and getting TV for FREE!  No Bargain here from Comcast/Xfinity!

@XfinityVianney

Why should I contact you folks @ Comcast when you don't give [Edited: "Language"] about your customers?  Go  and check out the Comcast/Xfinity on-line reviews and see what customers really think about your company.  Let me know how many are Satisfied Customers?

[Edited: "Language"] I'm a senior, 1 TV,  Comcast charges me 165.00 month.

Equipment  not used from previous address 4 years ago, still charging me for that even tho i they say it's not functional/out of date.

No internet, just basic and local channels...67 yrs old won't help me by sending address label to return. Asked 25 times at least. They ignore me. Price gougers to seniors

Comcast wants YOU to drop everything, and drive out to tim-buck-too and take their [Edited: "Language"] equipment to an XFINITY Store.  I had to return the 3 junk remotes to exchange them because they were outdated and the buttons were stuck. I then had to wait 30 minutes sitting in their store until a sales clerk could take care of the exchange. They don't make life easy!

BTW: I'd like to know why Comcast charges $20 for a so called now get this; "a Broadcast Fee" for the channels I receive through cable when many of the same channels are available for FREE using an Over The Air Antenna!  Can you say RIP-OFF!  The FCC, or Congress needs to come down on on Comcast/Xfinity for these bogus $20 charges they are stealing from consumers!
