Why my order details were changed without consent

I just find out that my original order (online) was changed  without my permission after picking up the equipment. The representative never asked me anything. I am just finding out because I can not activate my service and I was going thru my account  details.  REALLY Disappointed In top  of that I have been trying 3 days to connect either TV or Internet without  success
