Why isn't my plan information loading?
I asked the Xfinity Assistant for my plan's details and it took me to the existing plans page but it's stuck loading for some reason. My bill also just went up from $25 to $98 and want to know what other options/coupons are available.

@user_oo9kkg Thanks for adding a post to the forum. We appreciate you trying to use the assistant for looking up your plan info. It should direct you to the latest statement, and page three of it. That shows the services that are billed for the current billing cycle. See the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/level-of-service. If you wanted to check out the latest promotions available for your account, sign in to the official promotions page here https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels.
