Why is paying my bill so difficult?
Every month, it takes forever to pay my bill.
First, why is there no link on the home page to pay it? Why do I have to go into my account first?
Next, why does the page jump around, refreshing and logging in over and over?
Both of those things happen every month, without fail.
But today, the billing page won't even load. It just returns an error with no code or path to resolution.
Don't tell me to reset my cookies or try another browser. I have. This is not an issue on my end. It is a perpetual issue on YOUR end. You can search these archives to see how many people have been encountering it for months/years.
You are an ISP. Why is using your website always frustrating, if not impossible?

Thank you for reaching out @user_35obub I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having. Are you able to try incognito https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/private-browsing and do not check to keep you logged in on the website? I have had success with other customers doing these steps which includes myself. I also do not check to keep me logged in.
