Why I'm cancelling

I had a payment arrangement for May 28. I chatted with support on that date and they granted an extension until June 2nd. I was thrilled. Then, on the 29th, my service was disconnected. After 3 hours of chatting, they apologized and restored my service, confirming the June 2nd date again. Cool. Next day, services shut off again. Again I chatted with support. They said they cannot do anything unless I pay the past due. I explain that this is not what 3 different agents have said now. They escalated to tier 3 supervisor via phone. I spoke on the phone for a few minutes and explained what had happened. I was hung up on. I was not being rude in the slightest. I requested another call back, this time with threat to cancel. Another agent answered. Guess the resolution? It is to pay $10 for the Wi-Fi pass. Unacceptable. I can't believe I trusted Xfinity so much. I will be cancelling and going with T-Mobile. I'm sad to do it too because I quite like Xfinity service.

I forgot to mention. 15 hours total spent with 7 different agents. Three of which restored my service. The other four just said over and over that they couldn't do anything or see any notes on their end.
