Why I am still being charged after closing my account???

In September, I moved to new address and I called to Xfinity and canceled my old lines. After moving into new address, I called to open a new account for the new address, and after the call, I got an email saying that I opt in for some kind of phone line which I never asked for. So I called them again and told them to cancel the phone line because I never asked for it. So, they said that they cancelled it, but recently I saw that I was still being charged on my card and CREDENCE RESOURCE MANA popped up on my credit score.

This is unacceptable, I called to Xfinity so many times and they said that everything is cancelled, but why am I still being charged for the device that I never said say to and I never received???
