Why has my bill increased $45?

I have had Xfinity for 3 years.  When I first got it, my bill was $55.  Last year it increased to $75.  Now it is $120.  It has more than doubled in three years.  I need to speak to an actual person.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Sounds like you had some promotional discounts that have expired. This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill has great information on how you can view your detailed bill & your past bills to see what discounts you had and what changes were made.

This link https://www.xfinity.com/lp/ppc/upgrade-xfinity-internet-service is a great self-service tool to view for new promotions for your account, make changes or do upgrades.  Give that link a try and let me know if you were able to find a plan that fits your pricing budget,
