Why had this increased with no explanation?

Why did my bill increase $15 for zero reason? I’ve only had Xfinity for three  months now and it went from $25, to $29, and this month it’s up to $42? What is going on? It doesn’t look as if anything is changed on the bill and I haven’t made any changes to the service, it’s just more expensive? I’ve tried to use the stupid chat feature but it’s unhelpful and keeps giving messages or no one being available. How am I supposed to contact anyone to find out what is the problem?
