Hello @user_102fba, thanks for reaching out for help with managing your billing preferences. It's possible that Eco Billing was enabled on your account, but if you prefer to receive paper bill, this is an easy change!
If you go here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/signing-up-for-paperless-billing, we have a helpful guide that will walk you thought how to enable/disable Eco Billing. However, it's important to keep in mind, if you were/are receiving any discounts for having Eco Billing enabled, the discount will be removed until Eco Billing is re-enabled.
