Why does [Edited: Inflammatory]
There is no customer service. All you get is a virtual robot and a canned response. If you want to talk to a human you have to wait an hour but you'll still get a canned response and then when they've decided they don't want to talk to you anymore they transfer you off to any other department (or into the ether). I signed up for a package for a set amount each month and 3 months later the deal changes and now I'm paying more. All they can tell me is xfinity made a mistake in the discount applied and have now corrected it. So, evidently if they make a mistake, I have to pay for it. What?!?!? I know they're working with funny numbers and can make them whatever they want, so how does this happen? Maybe they're paying [Edited: Inflammatory]. Either way, customers lose.
