Why do I even try

My family and I have been with xfinity for many years. We have either had or have mobile service, cable, home security, internet and landline. Over the years I have spent hours upon hours dealing with billing issues, price increases and random unauthorized changes to my plan. I cannot express enough the disappointment within the customer service department. If you call and ask for a manager, good luck! I have requested a call back multiple times and I am still waiting. You would think Xfinity would have taken the clue?

The challenges I have faced, let me count the ways,

1. Associates upselling to decrease our total bill and in the end our bill increased by a significant amount. Honestly, cannot even count the amount of time.

2. Double charged, keep an eye on your bill, this is common.

3. Removing or adding premium channels, for some reason always increases for one reason or another.

5. Requested a manager or supervisor call back with no response. Couldn’t count on one hand.

6. A bill that has gone up more than a hundred dollars with no explanation, just multiple calls into customer service with no resolution.

7. Up-sale, talked into another iPhone that would reduce our cellular cost. This was a complete lie and had to talk representative into returning.

8. Random charges, if I was not a stickler, this would have been an oversight by many. Please keep an eye on your bill for additional charges.

The examples provided are only ones I can think of at the moment, but it is never ending.

Xfinity/Comcast has a good business model and could be successful if they re-trained, placed more of the call center employees in the states, and hired a couple call center managers/Ops Managers to guide the team. Until then, I will be looking for a different provider.
