why did you break my contract before the end of the 12 months?

I still have one month to go on my contract of 12 months, yet my current invoice shows that you have increased my bill.  Why?

user_hqybb3 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with the increase in your bill. I know any change in any bill gets me investigating so thank you for stopping in to help with your concern. We did recently provide notice of a Rate increase. The notices started back in November to help keep customers aware of what changes were coming. This was provided on your PDF bill and we even provided the details on all the changes in your area even if that fee does not apply in case you do make changes that would be impacted in the future. I would check out your PDF bill on page 3 it would break down your current fees and later in the bill you would find the additional details.
