Why did the rate of my service plan go up AND without notice?

This is a horrible website.  Managing to find anything without going around in a circle 20 times is impossible, but when you call to speak to somebody on the phone, the automated services sends you around in more circles and then tells you go back on this messed up website for answers.  Then you have a nerve to ... without notice ... raise my rates so that you can improve on services.  Services that I know you don't have any intentions on improving because this company makes, what?, millions and you haven't done it yet!!!  How hard is it to improve on customer service and/or fix your website so that it's decent?  It's not.  So don't tell me you're not just greedy.  I was already paying too much for the 8 channels plus the 2 streaming services that I actually take advantage of, but you now want me to pay more.  I have not in the last 6 years of my service with you have gotten any kind of decent customer service.  No offers that don't include trying to get me to hook up with Mobile.  You take away and give nothing of quality.  WHY DID YOU RAISE MY RATES WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME FIRST so I at least had a chance to look at other options since you give me NONE????

Hello @Taezya1. I can understand your frustration when you get a bill that is higher than the previous months. We do let our customers know when they prices will go up, in their monthly bill. We would be more than happy to take a look at available packages for you and see if we can save you some money.
