Why did my bill skyrocket

Ive been trying to change my plan for a week now and nothing pops up my phone is up to date the apps up to date nothing pops up with different plans and deals, now im stuck paying $100 for slow horrible internet for 30mbps is ridiculous and should be illegale when you guys have plans for $45 a month still for the 300 mbps but want to charge me $100 outrageous
