Hi there, @JLgecko1, I know how frustrating unexpected bill increase can be. I definitely do not like it when I see it happen on my bills. Each account is different, but we would be happy to assist you in getting down to the bottom of your increase. I just had the same thing happen to me. An increase from $78 - $105 for no apparent reason. What was the solution / answer??
