Why did my bill increase?

No notice of my bill going up but somehow it just increased almost $30 a month.

Good afternoon, Severekt10. An unexpected increase on the bill is definitely not a fun surprise. There has to be a reason for it, but let's take a look together and we can discuss where/why things aren't matching up. Please send me a PM with your first and last name. I just had the same thing happen to me. An increase from $78 - $105 for no apparent reason. What was the solution / answer??

Hi there, @JLgecko1, I know how frustrating unexpected bill increase can be. I definitely do not like it when I see it happen on my bills. Each account is different, but we would be happy to assist you in getting down to the bottom of your increase. If you can please create a new post as this one is rather old, and we will be happy to begin working with you.
