Why did my bill go up twice in the last few months?
In September, my bill jumped about $30 because a promo ended. I chatted on here and found that I currently had the best deal and was ok with that. Now it just went up another $15 last month. I do understand that promos do not apply to taxes and fees and I see those went up a little for the annual price adjustment, but the amount under my Xfinity package also went up $8.50 and I thought that part was supposed to stay the same during a promo.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @D-man. I would be happy to check on any billing changes from here for you. Could you send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your account?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
