Why did my bill go up $20 while under contract?
Tried the ivr, chat not and eventually a human. I was told it was a $20 price increase or that an offer expired but that I am under contract until October of this year.
I would understand a contract expiration increase but just changing the rules in a contract is a new one.
The agent may have been new. Could I have someone reach out to me via sms or my real email of [Edited: "Personal Information"]?
if we can’t figure this out and I get billed another hundred I’m going to the gig century link for $70 deal this community has.
