Why did my bill go up $10 without my agreement?

My Bill increased for Nov. by $10. Xfinity sent an email on Oct. 25 stating it was increasing the speed but there is no mention of a price increase. So, why did the bill increase by $10? There is no listed changed associated with that amount.

Did you sign up for autopay and paperless billing. Often the package price includes the $10 discount for autopay and paperless billing initially with the requirement that you have a certain amount of time to sign up for it before that $10 discount drops off. If you don't have autopay and paperless billing you may want to check that first.
