Why did my bill go up $10 after moving?
Recently moved from my home to a new apartment. I took my Xfinity service/equipment with me and paid for the installation already. The equipment consisted of one wireless gateway and one TV box/remote. I looked at my latest statement and it states I am being charged an additional $10 per month due to service changes to My Xfinity Plan. When I view my My Xfinity Plan in my account, it shows two (2) devices for xFi Gateways when I only have the one which I brought with me to the apartment. Is this why I am being charge an additional $10 a month?
Please see the uploaded image of my Xfinity Plan. Thanks.

I just received a call from Xfinity and they told me because I have the Internet Essentials Plan, I am not entitled to the Autopay discount. Those are the new rules. I wish Xfinity could have informed me about these new rules beforehand so I did not have to sit on the internet with Xfinity techs for 5 hours trying to deal with a billing issue.
