why did my bill double?

I have been spending $45/mo. since i started with Comcast - now my bill has doubled. Why??

The bill/invoice is littered with (-) $84, (-) $34, etc.... but i dont know why my base for a year was $45 and now $80 - PRICE LOCK GUARANTEE??

For promotional plans started between 2025-2025, an additional prorated discount is provided for 12 months, which is also likely the -$34 credit you're seeing. I say "likely" as I haven't had a chance to review the account yet. Have you had an opportunity to check out new plan offers via our Xfinity Plan Builder? When signed in, this will show you brand-new plan options and promotional rates.
