Why did Comcast charge me $190 to change my plan

Charged me almost a whole month's plan just to try to get my plan down to a manageable amount.  Called customer service who could not  help,  supervisor could me help,  and supervisors supervisor did not call me.  I need to speak to a Customer Escalation Specialist in the United States. This is financial fraud and preying on the Elderly. Financial Elderly Abuser is against the law.

Hello @user_85wgx7 thank you for reaching out on our community forum. Did you recently change your plan? If your bill has already generated before a plan change is completed then that initial bill does not change. The next bill would be prorated based on the changes made and the date they were changed.
