Why can't I qualify for outage credits
This is my second time writing this up because the tags system for these post is bugged and closes out my window with an error message. But to my point. How do I not qualify for crediting. Xfin has been taking the system offline daily for maintenance since last week. I haven't been able to attend my online classes since Wednesday because they keep taking the system down for the whole work day. Why am I paying for a service that I can't access at the most important times. Finals in three weeks come on.
