Why can't I get receipts for my payments each month?

I have repeatedly asked for receipts and repeatedly been sent by agents to billing. The fact that i've had to explain the difference between a BILL and a RECEIPT to billing department Xfinity representatives is embarrassing for them, and concerning for me as they handle the finances. I don't need a statement history or a bill. I need a receipt.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good day user_9hfegw, and thanks for taking the time to stop by our community forum for help! I know how important it is to keep track of your expenses the way you need to, so I'd be happy to help get you those records however we can 👍

When it comes to payment receipts, the only way you'd be able to get a physical receipt of any payment you've made is when you make a payment in-person at a local Xfinity office. For any payments made electronically online, you would instead receive an email confirmation of any payment you've made as soon as you make it for your records, and your payment history can be found fully accounted for at any time after logging into the Xfinity app or website. For more information on how to view confirmations of past payments, you can check out xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-app-bill-pay. Please let me know if you have any questions!
