Why are new customer deals not available to longstanding customers

There is a new customer deals guaranteed pricing for 5 yrs that is 45 dollars less than what I as a long standing customer cant get because why? 

I see on your site "customer loyalty" where is that? 20+ yrs with comcast never late with payments etc. But I cant receive the same deal as a new customer? You want me to pay over 45 dollars more for less services?

You have been losing customers at a massive rate but dont offer ANY  incentive to retain them. 

Make it make sense
